Myco-ITX

Myco-ITX is the result of my first major project for my Manufacturing and Materials class. The prompt was to, over five weeks, research three materials from our textbook, one grown, one mined and one that is oil based, then develop a product that celebrates those three materials. I chose to use mycelium, stainless steel, and polycarbonate.

Myco-ITX is an ITX pc chassis. it has a stainless steel shell, a mycelium foot, and a polycarbonate chassis and front element.

Its designed to unobtrusively sit on your desk, being aesthetically pleasing but also small and friendly.
